At Hinomi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your ergonomic setup. If your purchase doesn't perfectly fit your workspace, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Item

  Disassemble the furniture carefully and pack it into its original packaging to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will coordinate a professional courier service to collect the item directly from your home or office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
